16 Favourite Travel Photos of 2016

In reality, the first day of a new year is simply the ‘day after yesterday’.  Symbolically however, it holds more meaning.  For some, it represents the opportunity to close one chapter and open a new one.  For many, the start of the new year is motivation to make improvements to themselves or their lives.  And for others – like me – it simply allows us to take a moment to reflect on the year that was as we make plans for the year ahead.

These are my favourite travel photos from 2016, a year of maintaining a healthy work-life balance that that I’m hoping to continue in 2017.

Happy new year to all the other travel and photography addicts out there!

Kellie. You will have to try and get more variety in your images. Seriously – they are all of the same place. Just kidding. Anyone would be so excited to cover the variety you get to see in a single year. And to top it off it is another stunning collection of images. All the best for 2017. I look forward to seeing what wonderful places you visit this year.
    Cheers

PS After viewing your images I have added more destinations to my bucket list which – happily – I am slowly getting to.
