In Pictures: Antarctica, Patagonia, Iguazu, Ibera Wetlands and More

Today is my last day of a fantastic two months of travel: the wildlife of the Falkland Islands, the wildness of South Georgia, the magic of Antarctica, the beauty of Patagonia, the overcrowded natural wonder of Iguazu Falls and the tranquillity of Ibera wetlands.

It has reminded me how fortunate I am to have been born in a country and era that allows me to choose this lifestyle, especially as a female. The pros and cons don’t always balance – feeling free v feeling lost, financial freedom v financial insecurity, living in the moment v planning for the future, energising solitude v loneliness – but it’s the lifestyle that makes me feel most connected within myself and my surroundings and life is too short not to live life to the fullest.

I now return to London to start saving for the next adventure!! I have thousands of photos to edit – here is a sneak preview of what I’ll be sharing in the coming months.
